Tata Sampann chanadal flour Besan is gluten-free besan flour and it is used in the preparation of several sweet and delicious snacks. The super-fine flour processed from pure chana dal has an earthy fragrance and binding features that makes it a key ingredient in the batter used for preparing onion pakodas, traditional potato, besan laddoos and vegetable bhajiyas, and many other sweet dishes.

Tata Sampann chanadal flour besan is generally made up of a hundred percent chana dal and it doesn’t contain any added flour. Chana dal is grounded to perfection to make a very fine particle size so that it can absorb more water because of which we get more volume of water for the same quantity of chana dal flour.
Because of this, the oil absorption capacity of the batter becomes less but it doesn’t compromise with the taste and the Chispyness of the dish when it is fried.
